Dava’s comedic style is fresh yet familiar. It’s like listening to that sarcastic friend or coworker, who makes you laugh while they rant about their lives.
As a little girl, Dava Krause would entertain her mother by performing impressions of family and friends while they cooked dinner. Wanting to broaden her audience past the kitchen, Dava threw herself into performing and creating original material.
In Los Angeles, Dava performs stand-up regularly at The Hollywood Improv, The Ice House and on Tom Arnold’s show “Laughing with the Stars “ at The Laugh Factory. She currently runs a monthly show in Hollywood featuring some of the top musical comics in the business called “Comics That Rock!” Dava has also traveled all over the country performing in clubs, colleges and festivals and casinos such at The Improv at Harrah’s in Las Vegas.
She is one of the youngest writers to have her jokes published in “She’s So Funny” by Judy Brown. She is also a staff writer at Idenitymagazine.net, an on-line magazine that empowers women to Accept. Appreciate. Achieve.™
Dava’s debut comedy album, “Child of the 80’s” is now available on over 300 websites including iTunes and Amazon. She has also been featured on national syndicated on “The Bob and Tom Show”.
Dava loves guacamole but when she eats it, she spills it on her shirt.
